1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ACB8 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the ACB8 platform, including our official website, mobile app, and any other official channels.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the ACB8 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms set out herein. This acceptance also covers any updates or amendments we may make to these Terms from time to time.

ACB8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2Membership Eligibility

To register and use ACB8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of account registration.
• Be located in a region or jurisdiction that does not prohibit the use of digital entertainment platforms such as ACB8.
• Not listed on any prohibited individuals register maintained by any relevant authority.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be a current or former employee of ACB8 or any affiliated company.
• Register one personal account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

ACB8 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3Registration & Account Management

When registering an acb8 account, you are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update this information should any changes occur so that your records with acb8 remain accurate and up to date.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at acb8. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or IP address is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify acb8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• ACB8 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of your account credentials by any party you have authorized, or as a result of your own negligence in maintaining account security.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all acb8 members before the first withdrawal is processed. You are required to submit a valid copy of your identification card or passport, proof of current address, and any other documents that may be requested by our compliance team from time to time.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

ACB8 accepts a range of secure and trusted local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions on the ACB8 platform are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds at all times.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name.
• ACB8 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your own name.
• ACB8 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ACB8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and festive promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 35x, depending on the type of bonus received.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Multiple bonuses may not be combined unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.

6Game Rules

All games available on the acb8 platform — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, poker, and others — are governed by the game rules established by their respective software providers. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
• In the event of any technical disruption during a game, acb8 will refer to the authoritative server records to determine the outcome.
• ACB8 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions or device issues on the player's end.
• The minimum and maximum bets for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.
• ACB8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any game if there is evidence of manipulation or fraud.

For Live Casino games, the rules displayed by the Live Casino provider during the live session are the applicable rules. Players are required to observe proper gaming etiquette and respect all dealers and other players throughout the session.

7Prohibited Activities

Use of the acb8 platform is subject to a strict prohibition on the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity or providing false personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the acb8 platform as a channel to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Automated Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• System Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, exploit software bugs, or manipulate the acb8 payment or game systems.
• Collusion: Unlawfully colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or Sports Betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using other methods to obtain bonuses unlawfully.

ACB8 employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor all account activity. Any account identified as being involved in the activities listed above will be immediately suspended while an investigation is conducted.

8Account Termination & Suspension

ACB8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities pursuant to a legal investigation.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the ACB8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and all eligible withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard policy.

In the event an account is inactive for more than 12 months, ACB8 reserves the right to charge an inactive account management fee of RM10 per month from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified via their registered email before these charges begin.

9Privacy & Data Protection

ACB8 takes our responsibility for the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and can be found at Privacy Policy page us.

• Your personal data is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• ACB8 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, acb8 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or wagering.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing due to issues beyond acb8's control.
• Any damages arising from your reliance on information found on our platform.

ACB8 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. However, we are committed to resolving any disruptions in the shortest possible time.

11Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ACB8 is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration or through the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed limited to the minimum scope required, and all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Acb8's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
